12 September 2019 The Old Lithgow TAFE building was purchased by Ethical SDA for NDIS based disability Housing.
18th October 2019 – Concept Sketch completed
24th October 2019 – Settlement
31st October 2019 – Make safe- Onsite with Rob Minner the sparky. As the building was in a level of disrepair we had to ensure it was safe for the power to be turned on. Some circuits were disconnected and several power points and switches were repaired.
31st October 2019 – Design Drawings Stage 2
December to February- HHH, BCA, Engineering, Section J…..
March – Access Report Complete
1st April 2020 – DA Plans Complete
5th August 2023 Facade Restoration Complete!!!
10th August 2023 – First resident moved in!!! All stage one units fully leased!!!
8th September 2023 – Taking enquiries for stage 2. Stage to be ready awaiting lift installation by end of October 2023
